These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the AISexy: Chat Fantasy Roleplay mobile application ("App"), ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this App. By using the App, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the App. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Ownership: The App, including its source code, graphics, trademarks, characters, and database rights, remains our exclusive property.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate, or create derivative works of the App. You may not use the App to develop a competing service.
The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate character responses.
Fictional Nature: All characters and generated responses are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
Accuracy: AI may generate incorrect or nonsensical information ("hallucinations"). You should not rely on the App for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
User Conduct (Zero Tolerance Policy): You agree not to use the App to generate, share, or promote content that is:
Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor usage and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
The App may offer paid features, coins, or subscriptions ("In-App Purchases") via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. However, if a refund is requested, we reserve the right to share relevant transaction data (including anonymous identifiers and total spending) with the store provider to prevent fraud.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the App secure. We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone, as this exposes your device to security threats and may cause the App to malfunction.
Updates: We may update the App to add features or fix bugs. You agree to download updates to continue using the App. We do not guarantee the App will always be compatible with the iOS/Android version installed on your device.
Termination of Service: We reserve the right to stop providing the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately.
The App requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data). We are not responsible for the App not working at full functionality if you do not have internet access.
If you use the App outside of Wi-Fi areas, your mobile network provider’s terms apply. You are responsible for any data charges, including roaming charges, incurred while using the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure the App is useful and efficient, we rely on third-party services and AI models.
AISexy and its developers accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, battery drainage, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
